I am pleased with the BMW service which was fair and honest, no surprises and I got my car wash free. Was as agree I got all the estimate via e-mail for needed repair which I agree to after comparing with other shop and verified that all are original BMW parts and warranty. highly recommended. I will be back.

My Mercedes broke down while I was at work at FOX Studio, I ask my co-worker for recommended Mercedes shop in the area which are good reliable and not expensive, they recommend Mercedes Autotech in Culver City. I call the shop and got confindence about their knoledge and specializing in Mercedes and BMW, they send the tow truck to pick up my car at no charge, I got an E-mail with all what needed to repair report and estimate which was fair and honest, I agree to the repair and my Mercedes was delivered back to my work and washed. I am satisfied and recommend this Mercedes shop to any owner who need service with quality, thanks.
