Repair/Service: They stole my OEM clutch kit

I bought an OEM replacement clutch kit from an authorized dealer and decided against attempting to install it myself. Found this place, was quoted $450 for the entire swap including fly wheel touch-ups. Came back after 24 hours to find my car was in worse shape, no new clutch, it appears they had jostled the front passenger's side tire around and bent the brake-pad shield so that it scraped when I turned right. Went back to get my clutch and my money back, Jimmy Spinelli threw $350 back at me and told me to fuck off. Still have a fucked up car, still have to buy ANOTHER new clutch. Never go to this scumbag. Not unless you want to be royally fucked over.

I have been taking my vehicle to this shop since they opened in 2005 and have always been treated fairly as a consumer. Mechanics and office help are always polite and courteous. I would recommend them with 5 stars.
By the way, I am a female! I have checked their prices against the dealer and they are always fair.
