Repair/Service: Engine Replacement

Total Cost: $2465

Worst experience ever. They qouted me 1800 then changed the final bill to 2465. I understand things change during the course of a repair but you should at least notify your customer before you proceed with the extra work.
What makes matters worse is when you put things on an invoice and charge your customers for things that were not done. My 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee doesn't use spark plug wires. How could they have claimed to change my spark plug wires? After the repair was done we could drive the car more than a few miles without it cutting off. we took the vehicle back to them and they claimed it was a vaccum hose. After they "fixed" it the car was still cutting off. We had to take it to the dealership. The dealership said that only 5 of the 6 spark plugs was installed. The Crank Sensor that Atl Motors claimed to have changed was no good and that was causing the car to stall. The Jeep was also over heating and the radiator was busted. We ended up paying the dealer another 860.00 after we just paid Atlanta Motors 2465.00 The dealer said I must have found the worst mechanic in the world. Run away from this business!!! Oh yeah and they are not members of the BBB as they claim to be.
