I was told I could drop my car off to be worked on at 8am. Noone showed up at the facility until 8:45. I did not receive communication about the status of my car being ready or what needed to be done. I had to call repeadedly for 3 weeks inorder to find out anything. I kept being given a day that my car would be ready and when I would call that day to confirm they would tell me that it still wasn't ready, that they were waiting for the insurance company to come look at it or they needed another part. Poor customer communication!!! I will never bring my car back here and would not reccomend this place to other.
