I am very, very pleased with the outcome of my air conditioner repair. After my initial conversation with the dealership and their price, I knew I needed to get a second opinion. I had Wayne @ the mobile service look at it. He diagnosed the repair, set up a time, and got me repaired just as he said.

I am a female and I have been taken advantage of by more than one shop in the Little Rock area, but not from this one. He didn't talk down to me like some shops do to females and he showed up to do the work right on time like he said he would.

This car is my baby and the one other thing I noticed is that he took care of my car to make sure it stayed clean. Now that may not matter to some people but with what I payed for this BMW i want it to last me awhile. My seats were clean, not rattles in my dash, and everything looks and works perfect.. I am enjoying my air and I also appreciated that he came to me and did the work on the spot without me having to miss work or look for a ride back and forth. I just cannot say enough for their service. Thank you Wayne for taking care of me like you did. My car and I both thank you.
