Repair/Service: Minor repairs, touch up and detail

I left my 1996 Bentley Continental R (which is listed in NADA for $100,000) to get some spots repaired and the rest of the car super detailed and ready for some shows in October and November(2010). When I got it back the areas were not repaired but painted over. The stone chips in the front of the car had globs of paint put on them. The passenger side front bumper had a large area of paint scraped off of it. The directional lens was cracked. The steel belt in the tire there was broken and there was a gash in the side of the car. Also my bumper guards were not the same size and shape any more. The parts alone will cost almost $1,000 and I had to spend $1,200 for new tires. There was also a touched up gouge in the drivers door. They didn't even detail the car where I told them. GEICO told me to contact Annie's insurance company but they are not cooperating. They are not authorized to do GEICO repairs but I didn't know that when I left it there. They unsuccessfully tried tell us that their work was worth $1,800 (the charge was reversed). I have before pictures of the car that GEICO used to make their determination. GEICOand I have no reason to lie.
