My transmission was acting up in my diesel 4x4 I was referred to Andy by my friend who owns a Mercedes. First I did some research on Andy's Hi-Tech then found a report from Rip-Off report so I was hesitant . My friend assured me that if I'm not happy with Andy he will pay my repair bill so I went to him what a suprise it was!! He is really smart, friendly guy. He stayed late to solve all my issues. He replaced my leaking radiator because the transmission oil-coolant was mixing due to a bad cooler. He cleaned the transmission internally (which I observed him do because i was skeptical). He did much more work then he charged for. He spent 7 hours on my car and only charged me for 5 hours(plust parts) since he estimated that it would only take 5 hours to complete when I first came in. Bottom line is, I'm sold . The rip off report is b.s. He explained to me that some other shop in lynnwood has the name Andy's Hi-Tech who according to one of his friends was the Auto-Repair shop that had worked on the bmw. He was not concerned at all, he just said that bad reviews can be missleading since theres always a chance of there being more then one place of business with the same name and that people shouldn't always believe what they read on the internet and instead come down and see how he runs his shop themselves. In my honost opinion, Andy's Hi-tech is the place to go when you need something fixed, Andy has reasonable, fair prices and provides wonderful service.
I stumbled on these reviews and felt I had to write one for Andy myself. I contacted Andy about a used car he had listed on Craigslist for my son, his second car, a Toyota Tercel for $1200. Andy even bought the car my son was replacing. The transaction went smoothly, the car worked great and Andy gave my son a lot of good advice regarding car care. I asked Andy if healso worked on cars and he stated that he normally only would do it on referral but said he'd help us out. I needed some work done to my Mercury Sable and he did an excellent job for an affordable price. I'm glad I met Andy and if and when I need car repairs again, he's the man I'd go to.

own a 1994 Mercedes 300 with a lot of miles on the car. i just moved to the aria so i was looking for a mechanic. after talking with my friends they told me about this small mechanic shop in woodinville. i went to hies shop just to check it out, i have found a really helpful, nice guy who was working an a really old 1950-s Mercedes. he owns a same kind of car what i have. he told me all about what to watch out what is really important & what is a no- no on my car. he spent almost 2 hrs with me checked my car out found some small problems a leaking fuel line what could caused me to brake down at a later time, my radiator hose was old cracked so he replaced that too plus put 2 new fan belt on all that for 140 bucks. he just give me the parts as he had it just sitting collecting dust. he did replaced several clamps, small hoses too but not even bothered to charge for it, checked out my brakes what i was thinking need to be changed as a minit lube place told me i need to be changed he pointed out my brakes good for at least 15 thousand more miles, just i needed a 12 dollar sensor replaced. i love my car & im glad i found him. he is really knowledgeable guy, friendly , with a well equipped shop. sadly he is not working on newer cars because my boyfriend 2005 sprinter need some work but he just not set- up for this kind of cars. i highly recommend him . my e mail [email protected] Anita
I have a 2008 bmw and and something was wrong with my car it wouldn't start, so I called a towing and I got to Andy's Hi-Tech, I thought they are really high tech but when I got there, the shop was looking like a JUNK YARD so I was skeptical about this but I let them to fix it any way.. (That was my biggest mistake) after two days I went to pick up the car I start the car was working great. and I paid $2.100 for that problem but I was happy because the car was working I was happy until the next morning. the car broke down again I was pissed of so I took the car to a bmw dealership and they told me that my previous mechanic has taken parts out of the car. at a dealership I paid $900 and they gave me warranty and the car is running great and I don't have a problem at all. don't be fooled by a name or a price.. go fix your car somewhere else. I will NEVER fix my car there.
