Repair/Service: electrical problem
Hourly Rate: $89.00
Total Cost: $238.00
Wow wrote a long detailed review and this sight ate it...HMMM Do not go here. the manager Joel lies and lies about when your vehicle will be done.....when they will work on it and when confronted has nothing but excuses. Long story short they have now had our pick up four days and its still not done and all they needed to do was replace a connector and put a fuse in. It took them over 10 hours of troubleshooting according to Joel to realize a fuse was missing. I think he just lied BUT ...He repeatedly tells you he will call then doesn't. There web site CLAIMS to have loaners...we where never offered one even though my son has to go to loveland for work every day. the website talks about how important it is for them to be timely. they are not. Unless I know that Joel no longer works there I will never step foot in the place again. I told him I wanted to speak to a manger or the owner. he said "thats me" yet the sight clearly shows he isn't the owner. STAY AWAY unless you want to get the run around for days over the simplest repairs.

Repair/Service: Bad experience with the owner Rick Bilger
Hourly Rate: $0
Total Cost: $44.00
Never go to this shop unless you want to be scolded by the owner, Rick Bilger. I called them on phone to schedule an service and they told me the service was only $17. When I arrived at the shop, the cost was much higher and I decided not to take the service. I was scolded by the owner when I was walking out of the shop. I thought this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will NEVER come to this shop AGAIN.

Repair/Service: A/C repair
Hourly Rate: $69.99
Total Cost: $1000.00
I took my vehicle with the a A/C problem in August. It took them over a week to fix my A/C and the price went from 600.00 to just under a $1000.00 to repair. My car is a convertible so since summer was over and it was way to cool to use the a/c more less drive the car my husband and I stored it away during the winter months. Early April on one of the hotter days I decided to use my car and try out my newly fixed a/c. When I turned on my a/c it did not work. I called and was told to bring my vehicle back and a day later I received a call saying it would be an additional $200.00 plus dollars. This place has poor customer service and apparently can't work on cars either. I would never take my vehicle there again. All I wanted was a working a/c. Overpriced, slow, and unreliable service at Advance Auto Pros in Greeley, CO. I wish I would of saved my money and went somewhere else!

Repair/Service: TIE ROD ASSEMBLY
Hourly Rate: $0
Total Cost: $1577.02
NEVER USE THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!
We took our car into the shop for tie rod repair (674.61) original estimate of services and parts.
Told the shop that there was a squeek when driving in reverse.
Husband told them he thought it was the U joint.
Sure enough it was and husband was called the told it would be $95.00 additianal cost. He ok'd the repair.
Couple of days later he was called and told the car was done and ready for pick up.
At that time, he was told the total was now $1,577.02. He asked why such a much higher then was told.
They said that they called my husband and he ok'd this additional repair to the drive shaft.
TOTALLY FABRICATED ON THEIR PART.
They had taken it to another shop without our knowledge and had it worked on there. Did not use new or used parts, just worked the existing part.
We have called the BBB and was told that there was nothing that they could do for us because the State of Colorado does not require mechanics to be licensed.
WE WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP EVER, AGAIN.
