Repair/Service: Brakes and Rotors Replaced

I’ve had four cars within the last 15 years and have taken the last three cars to Adolfo for repair. Generally, I have to replace my brakes on a 2004 Honda Accord at least every three months. After having brakes replace about three months ago and rotors replace month ago by Adolfo; on Sunday, September 18, 2011, I have t have my brakes replaced AGAIN. Adolfo is closed on Sunday's so I have to go to another repairman. This new repairmen stated that only the right side needed replacement. In addition, the new repairmen suggested that I replace my right rotor as well. The new repairman showed me the brakes and rotors that I supposedly had replaced by Aldofo about 3-4 months ago. ALDOFO ONLY CHANGED ONE BRAKE AND ONE ROTOR, KEEPING MY NEW PARTS FOR HIMSELF. ALDOFO DID STATE TO ME THAT I NEEDED TO CHANGE THE RIGHT BRAKE; ALTHOUGH BRAND NEW BRAKES WERE PURCHASED AND GIVEN TO HIM TO PUT ON MY CAR ABOUTH 3 MONTHS PRIOR. ADOLFO DID REPLACE ONE BRAKE AS HE WAS REPAIRING/REPLACING MY ROTORS (A TOTAL OF 2 BRAND NEW ROTORS WAS PURCHASE BY ME AND GIVEN TO ADOLFO TO PUT ON MY CAR). ALDOFO CHARGED ME FOR THE 1 BRAKE THAT HE SUPPOSEDLY PUT ON MY CAR AND THE LABOR FOR PUTTING ROTORS ON MY CAR; ALTHOUGH HE ONLY CHANGED THE LEFT SIDE ROTOR ONLY! THIS MAN IS A FRAUD! HE PRETENDS HE HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART AND HE KEEPS YOUR BRAND NEW PARTS AND REPLACE THEM WITH OLD PARTS OR HE DON'T REPLACE THEM AT ALL AND HE CHARGES YOU FOR LABOR THAT HE DOES NOT PERFORM.
