Being a female it's hard to get some who is honest and willing to explain and show actual broken parts that needed replacing and not get ripped off or feel like you are. Mike handled my repairs personally. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I actually learned a couple things about transmissions and clutches. He communicated step by step on the progression of my vechile repairs and quoted me fair prices. When he actually put the new transmission and clutch assembly in, he was still hearing a weird noise from the vehicle. He contacted me to tell me that he didn't feel satisfied giving me the car back until it was 100%. He ended up finding that I need a front wheel bearing assembly. I was told in advance what the part would cost, which I agreed to let him fix.(he also showed me the damaged part) When I got the car back it was like a brand new car. No more loudness coming from underneath the hood and it drives and shifts so smoothly!! I was 100% Satisfied and I have warranties for my major parts. Thanks, Mike and staff at Action Transmission!!
