Repair/Service: Tow after wreck

The driver had trouble hooking the car up, then they STOLE 3 pairs of sunglasses out of the car before we could get to the tow lot. I called to nicely speak with the owner...........he had a defensive and belligerent attitude immediately. He told me to "Fing prove it" and called me every name in the book then hung up on me. I called again and he immediately answered the phone "Listen here MFer!!!" These guys are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - classless, criminals that don't care if you call them out on what they have done! DO NOT let them near your car!!!!
