I would not recommend using this shop for any work. I only had work done by glass guy Dave but based on that on would not trust or rely on them for anything else. What it comes down to is that I still have a leaky windshield after it was replaced by Dave. After initially having him do repair in my driveway I now had to be inconvenienced taking the car to the shop and leaving it there. The car was there for over 2 week time frame. I never received one phone call during that whole time even though he said give him a day or two to try to repair his work. I had to call 3-4 times to follow up and push the issue just to get him to do the job that was already paid fo and should have been done right the first time. And after all that it still leaks just as much in the same spot. I called back again needless to say very upset and frustrated. Spoke to mechanic that first said he would give message to Dave but explained frustration so he then told me to call girl at desk at different number. So i called and explained situation and asked if Dave, the windshield installer, actually worked for Action Autobody or had his own business. She did not answer and asked me me my name for Dave to call back. I then asked her if she would answer my question and she said outright "NO". Tell me if that doesn't tell you there is something fishy going and on and something wrong with this business. So what it boils down to that Dave called me back and now blames it on the car and the gasket around windshield. I never had a drop of water before this windshield was replaced and I told him that but it didn't seem to matter. I told him if you aren't going to make good and fix and that's the kind of business you won't to run so be it and I feel sorry for you.
