Repair/Service: installed head on my car

beware! I took my car there to change the head. They installed it for me but failed to torque the cam sprocket. The sprocket came loose after 2 and a half weeks. I went back to them and they said they will not warranty it. they said I must have over reved my engine so the bolt that holds the sprocket came loose. I went to the mini cooper dealer and asked them about possible scenarios on what might have caused the bolt to come loose. they said the only possible scenario is the installer not torquing bolt down correctly. Over reving will never losen sprocket screw. I filed a complaint with the bureau of auto motive repair and will be taking them to court. please be careful if you decide to go here. I will never go back.
