I took my Cadillac in to A & M transmission and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. They dropped the transmission, resulting in me having to total out my car and only getting blue book value for it. Jeff was extrememly dishonest, and his staff of "mechanics" tried to stand around and look intimidating instead of any one of them trying to help me out. They used profanity and were extremely unprofessional. Jeff only told me the truth when I ended up getting a lawyer involved, and then my "settlement" was nothing more than blue book value. They never apologized, never tried to make the situation right, instead just lied and tried to cover up their mistakes. Customers BEWARE, once you take your car in to A & M transmission those "wizard mechanics" just might make sure your car never runs again.

I went to A&M Transmission willing to get a new transmission for my car, because another Transmission shop told me I would need to have it rebuilt soon or get a new one for it. I dropped the car off and told them to call me with a price later on. They called me about 4 hours from then saying my car was fixed, and all it need was a tune up because it was misfiring ! They saved me about 1600 dollars ! I am very satisfied with their service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The mechanics and the owner Jeff explained to me why my car needed it, and sure enough it fixed the problem ! I would recommend this shop to my friends and family !
