When I used this shop I found that they exceeded the time frame that they had promised. The parts and labor were over the cost that was originally given. After taking the car home found a number of significant issues which required taking to a more reliable shop to get repaired correctly. I found when confronting the owner with the problems that he made every excuse in the book to avoid taking responsibility. You're hard earned money is better spent at the dealership. These guys are very sloppy.
