So far so good. Very accommodating. Dropped of my 2008 impala ss for transmission work. Dealership(out of warranty) wanted 4800$ for a rebuild. But with gm parts, which are notorious for problems. Did some research and found this gem of a place. Quoted me way cheaper AND using aftermarket internals. Will update once I get an update on my vehicle and once I get it back. Being a mechanic myself, but don't know my ass from my elbow when it comes to new vehicles. . So far am very pleased just with thee attitude and respect that they have given me. HOOOORAY!!!!!Received my impala on Sunday. Literally on a day they were closed. Dropped it off on a Saturday(which is unheard of for shops) and picked it up a week later. Mind you that week was thanksgiving and there tranny godfather doesn't work on Mondays, and they still knocked it out in under a WEEK!!!!!!!!!! If I was a woman I would have kissed jerry. LOL. The car runs PERFECT!!! This is the first time ever(no bullsh#t) using a shop and It couldn't have gone better. I've herd horror stories about shops. Only thing they have done what I didn't want done was notify me about a oil pan gasket leak. Which I don't care, most people do, and they fixed that as well. I consider that a perk and a dang good shop owner to tell me and give ME the option to fix it or them? Other places wouldn't say squat and see u in a month for a blown engine. A+ to EVERYONE at that shop for taking care of me, because it's not just jerry, but a team of awesome people whom he has employed at his location, took care of my interests, my time schedule, and didn't rip me off or take advantage of me and my money. Only place I've ever used. Shop-wise, and the last place I ever have to look. Thanks to all the guys at 1st choice.
