Repair/Service: Mis quoted on a tire

I called your repair shop to get a quote from Tyler and I asked him for the total cost including tax and freight over the phone. He said I well call you back because I was having problems getting it from some other place I knew what the other guy quoted me when Tylor called back he gave me a price of $220.61 I then asked him again over the phone if the shipping and tax was included very imortant I knew that He said yes i went picked up the tire from the other place and took it to 1-way auto care he gave me the price of $262.61 I said WHAT you told me twice it was going to be $220.61 I gave them the tire and asked the owner that wasn't right he misquoted me over the phone he got anrgy at me and said that was the price I told him I have been doing business for years and take 4 cars in there to get sevice and tires. You are willing to lose a customer over $ 21 He looked at me like he can afford to lose a good custtomer thats the last time I well use his auto repair or buy tires from him.
