  Could be a moisture problem and freezing inside fuel system components. Don't know how cold you are talking. Put some HEET in to be sure though.

  60 degrees if runnin all day it starts fine if sits more than 6 hours won't start

  Also fuel filter should be changed out.

  FIRST CHECK GLOW PLUG RELAY FOR 12 VOLTS IN & 12 VOLTS OUT WHEN KEY IN ON POSITION

  plug the block heater in and see if it starts if it dont start you need to replace the glow plugs and controler
