    couple of possibilities

bad wiper motor for wipers only on high
bad multifunction switch possibly causing both problems.

pull off multifunction switch make sure nothing is melted damaged

if switch is not plugged in washer pump still runs. bypassed bulk head connector and still the same issue. also replaced multi-function switch and wiper motor. ran new wires from wiper motor to switch and same issue.

should have put all that i the initial question....
ran new wires? did you replace the harness? now on a 95 there is a wiper module not sure on a 93 but worth checking into. When you replaced the switch was any of the terminals fried at all? if there is a short theres a chance it just shorted the switch or motor again when you installed without checkig for a short first

ohmed grey and purple wires came back good, ran new wires and applied battery power and ground to motor connector. no terminals fried

connector has proper signals from switch until plugged into motor and then grey wire grounds and before had battery voltage. org wire has voltage and that is why the washer pump has voltage.
