I have white smoke coming from the exhaust at start up

  White smoke is caused by engine coolant/Antifreeze being processed in the combustion chamber(s) of the engine.
  Check the radiator coolant level, if it is low, the coolant could work their way out through a bad head gasket into the combustion chamber.
