Where's my tranny fluid goin?
I checked the fluid level in tranny the other day, it was a quart low so I add more. Two days later its down a half quart, there's no signs of leaking tranny fluid anywhere. Is it possible that it could be going into the transfer case, and how to fix it?

check your radiator tranny lines run into the side of the radiator to cool down most likely the tank is cracked and allowing the fluid to do into your radiator...............good luck

it is leaking out of your transfer case . there is a inherit problem with the transfer case it is made of magnesium and there is a steel clip located on the pump this clip breakes and puts pin holes in the case on the very top of the case it is very hard to see and a costly repair gm knows about it and refuses to recall it thats why they went to a steel transfer case in 2005 the transfer case must be replaced cost is roughly 1200 i got mine at transfer case express in south carolina and replaced myself the dealer wanted 3000
