What's the cost to replace a emergency brake in my car?

It's for a 328is BMW almost completely out

  There are a couple of parts for the emergency brake, are you talking about the cable? THe lever?

  I'm guessing te lever and the cable because it is shot out ... Haha

  Thanks buddy . And one more thing lol my buddy got in to a fender bender ad air bags deployed and seat belts locked out . It's a F150 2003 any advise on how to unlock the seat belts ?

  As far as i know you will need to replace any front seatbelts and seatbelt buckles that were in use during the accident, along with the srs control module. you can find all the parts on ebay if you don't want to buy them from the dealer.
