What's the best thing I can do to take care of my 1989 Honda prelude ? So that it will keep running well

It runs fine I have about 200 k on it and wanna keep it running great until rebuild

  Hello
  keep your engine oil changed and all other fluids clean. Valve adjustments are important, tight exhaust valves will lose compression and can burn. sounds like you have done okay with 200K miles!
