1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Base 8Cyl5.9L - Engine

The vehicle is hard to start when hot.

After sitting in traffic for a while the engine quits and has a hard time starting up.

  Try to check the condition of your PCV valve and its hose (might be plugged/damaged/clogged or collapsed). Also check the condition of your EGR valve.
