  How high was the flood? What you experienced is Hydro Lock and your engine is now....how can i put this...Effed.
  
  In my case, i crossed a flooded street and i stalled in the middle, but the water was only knee high deep so my exhaust just got plugged by the water, my car started after 10 minutes. (good thing there were a bunch of guys who helped me push my car to dry land :)
