my van turns over good but no go cant hear fuel pump do you think it is the pump

  Place a piece of wood 2x4 under the fuel tank and give a nice whack with a hammer under the piece of wood to wake-up the fuel pump. In the event, the car will start then the fuel pump is a culprit. Hope this helps and be safe. HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
