2002 BMW 325i Base 6Cyl2.5L - Engine

my valve cover has to much vacume. When I take the oil filler cap off I have to pull hard to get it off.

  The valve cover has only slight vacuum - with the engine running. Hopefully, you are not trying to remove the oil filler cap while the engine is operating. If yes, then turn the engine off - then remove the oil filler cap.
