I am unable to open and unlock the rear driver's side door - how do I remove door panel to get at mechanism?

Can this be repaired?

  remove you back seat it should give you room to get it off ,if not work the door panel loose and get the top of it off and reach your your hand down and see if you can reach the door rods. use a slim jim tool
