The turn signal flasher relay could be defective, check that one and replace. You have to check the fuses related to the gauges if blown and if the fuses are ok you will need to remove the integrated cluster panel to inspect the wiring solder joints connections. Due time and vehicle vibrations the solder joints fails and it’s obvious to see failed ones because it’s looked faint and has fine dark line around the solder joint as when you inspect circuit board at the back of the gauge panel. Reheat the failed joints using a soldering iron until it wants to flow, let it cool and reassemble.
    Good luck.
