1996 Chevrolet S10 LS 6Cyl4.3L - Preventive Maintenance

will turn over, but won't start

When I turn the to start, no gages come on, lights work, heater fan runs. Then I tap a little black box under the key cylinder and the gages come on and it starts Any idea what I need to fix this problem

  Then it might just be a loose connection you have to remove the ignition lock cylinder to see whats what. Which is a good thing meaning you don't have to replace anything.
