2007 Mazda 5 Sport 4Cyl2.3L - Body & Interior

When I turn the A/C on, there is vibration...noise and feel...in the dash area. Higher the fan setting, louder & faster.

  The only thing that came to m y mind is a loose/malfunctioning blower motor

  Something fell into the defroster that was on the top of the dash and it worked it's way down to the blower motor through the ducts. Remove the blower motor and you will find this thing that you did not even know was missing.
