2007 Honda Element EX 4Cyl2.4L - Brakes

truck starts making this noise that sound like metal on metal while driving. Brakes fine. What is it

Don't squeak when I brake but when driving makes this high pitched metal scrapping sound. Is it my brakes or my rotors? I have new brakes not even two months old

  Maybe the rotor splash shield is rubbing slightly on the spinning rotor, check the clearance, look for a rub mark on the shield. Will require you to isolate which wheel first and then remove the tire for a closer inspection.
