2004 Nissan Titan LE 8Cyl5.6L - Engine

when my truck is at speed on the highway and i try to accelerate i feel hesitation. what could be the cause??

  probably the mass air flow sensor. they go bad especially if you use a oiled air filter , if you over oil the filter it contaminates the sensor. you can buy some mas ar
  flow cleaner and try to clean it first before replacing it

  could be carbon up egr valve.
