1999 Ford Ranger XLT 6Cyl4.0L - Transmissions & Drivetrains
truck makes a clunking sound when I start going, or even if i'm doing 50 and take my foot of the gas.
installed rebuilt trans, all new brakes including e brake

    sound like u-joints are worn out and about to break. When in park engine off go under truck grab drive line turn it left then right watch u-joints for movement there should be some movement in each direction but should not go up and down if they are bad they will move in all direction and should be replaced.
