2002 Ford E-450 Econoline Super Duty Stripped Custom 8Cyl7.3L - Engine

Trouble keeping on. Low fuel pressure. Once warmed up runs better but still like crap. Any suggestions?

Could this be anything other than fuel pressure regulator? Possible injectors?

  Fuel pressure is very important to keep the injectors spraying the right amount of fuel in the cylinders, what is the running pressure? change the fuel filter, change or clean the MAF mass air flow sensor and check again.
