Can my transmission is slipping

I get my vehicle up to 25 miles an hour then it doesn't feel like it was he going faster than that

  First check your transmission fluid, red dipstick back end of the engine to the passenger side
  
  if it is low it would be best to buy some trans fix in a bottle to help it last a little longer,
  
  but you should start saving up for a new transmission
