Transmission has to reach 30 MPH before shifting from 1st when cold.
The first gear doesn't change to 2nd until I reach 30 MPH. This only happens the first time it shifts. After that it shifts normally. It has the 5 speed automatic. I changed the fluid and filter with no change.
