When the dealership replaced your transmission pan and its gasket did they also replace your bolt or nuts in your transmission pan? It is possible that the thread of the bolts or nuts is already worn or damaged that’s why your oil pan keeps leaking even if your pan is new and its gasket because the bolts/nuts that secures your oil pan in your transmission is weak.
