Was told my catalic converter is bad. Will it hurt my vw cabriolet if i just took it off and drove my car without one?
I was told my catalic converter needs replaced. Then another mechanic told me i should not waste money on puttin a new one on,and that it wouldn't my car if i took catalic converter off and just drove it without one. Is this true?

DrkShdw983 5/27/2011No it won't hurt the car but you might not pass inspection depending on what state you live in
