my tailgate will not unluck or open with any of the unlock buttons not even the rear class will open or unlock

  You need to replace the tailgate lock actuator. It simply is locked and it is not unlocking when commanded to because the electric actuator that moves inside the door to unlock it has failed. I wouldn't be surprised if you were to have someone operate the unlock switch while you smack the inside of the tailgate with the side of your fist, the actuator might just begin to work again. Give it a shot.

  thanks alot it worked replaced the actuator to be on the safe side
