2006 Chevrolet Uplander LT 6Cyl3.5L - Steering & Suspension

When steering wheel is in forward position ,there is a vibration and it seems I need to use more gas to keep up speed.

When I have the steering wheel turned left, vibrations stop and car seems normal.
