  If you start it cold, will the engine stall out cleanly after it comes up to temperature or do you notice that it begins to idle roughly before stalling. When you try to restart it, it does not start? And then you have to let it sit a few hours, less, more? And it again will restart when cooled? I may know what is wrong but I need details. Tell me every detail you have about the stalling, the no starting.
