when we start to fill gas tank it is leaking, out gas , do we need filler neck or filler tube.

also where you but the nozzle to fill tank edges are rusted.

  Filler neck and fillet tube are the same. The mere fact that you told me the edges are already rusted gave me the impression that you might also need to rplace your tank, the whole 9 yards so to speak.
