Low speed squeak from driveshaft not sure if ujoint or carrier bearing (two piece driveshaft)?

  Remove the shaft and visually inspect the ujoints for rusty brown powder near the ujoint caps. Also check the joints for binding when flexing them in all directions. It is likely that if the joint is bad, it will be just one for sure and the bad ujoint will be evident to you.
