1993 Geo Tracker Base 4Cyl1.6L - Engine

no spark no fuel but new pump was driving for weeks ..F1 fuse keeps blowing when key is turned to on

  1. Disconnect the fuel pump connector near the fuel tank, check for fuse to still blow or not.
  
  2. If now OK, replace the fuel pump.
  
  3. If same, check the Blue/Black wire and the Pink/Black wire for a short to ground.
  
  4. If the tank was removed to replace the fuel pump, I would suspect that the wires leading to the fuel pump may have been crushed and shorted being caught between th tank and the chassis. Check it.
