2005 Mercedes Benz CLK500 Base 8Cyl5.0L - Engine

very slight rear seal leak can a sealent be added to synthetic oil and which one is recomended

only 15000 miles garage floor shows slight stains no puddles mercedes wants to change seal but i would like to try a sealent first

  Just try a lucas product if you want to try one, Best for the buck.

  Should not be a problem since you can mix conventional oil with synthetic in an engine if need be.
