1980 Ford Thunderbird Base 8Cyl5.0L - Engine

Sitting since 04' replaced plugs,wires,filters, fluids wont turn over? Fuel pump looks new.. Any help would be awesome!

My vehicle is actually a 1971 Ford Thunderbird with 429 engine thx...

  Does the engine rotate by hand - that is, can you place a large breaker bar on the crankshaft bolt and turn the engine? If not, then you'll have to remove the spark plugs and spray a light lubricant inside the cylinders in attempt to break the glaze of rust and corrosion. If this does not work, you'll have little choice but to remove the cylinder heads to clean up the cylinders on the engine block.
  Also, be sure the battery is charged and the starter motor is not frozen up.
