Back end shakes at low speeds perhaps a balancing problem tires look ok
Rather than shakes let's say wabbles

    Usually, the shaking at low speeds indicate a tire tread separation or fault in the tire. At higher speeds the tires tend to retain shape more due to the centrifugal force.
