You can try a convertible top repair kit - the success of this type repair depends on the extent of the damage and required repair.

Is there a electrical switch in seat belt buckle
Air bag light for driver's side is on

Yes there is dual purpose switch in the seat belt buckle. One part of the switch tells the airbage module you buckled up, the other operates the light on the instrument cluster. One half of the switch can fail without effecting the other half. What exactly were the codes you got?

No codes just the air bag icon showing in the Inst cluster. After chugging buckle, is there a code that needs to be cleared and is there something that needs to done to associate the new buckle with the computer?

There might be a code in the airbag module, if that side of the buckle failed also. Couldn't hurt to check just in case. Otherwise, nothing special....just plug the new one in and you're ready to go.

You may want to try using an electric heat gun and posibly a body dolly or some kind of a custom made tool representing the shape you want to reconfigure the plastic to. Causion, be very careful not to overheat the plastic, obviously some experimentation must be done. Hold gun on area to be heated for certain lengths of time & distance untill you find the right formula for getting the plastic just hot enough to be pliable and then place your steel dolly or custom tool in contact with plastic area with enough force to allow plastic to cool to the dementions you desire. This is going to require much patience.

The best thing to do would probably try and find a scrap car of your same type and replace it. Shouldn't cost very much.

Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com for the replacement parts. For example, they (RockAuto) list the LH tail light assembly (lens plus housing) for around $49.00 for your vehicle.

ok. I cut out the stereo harness behind the deck, all of it. So i am left with just a bunch of wires. I would like the piece or pieces it takes to be a factory plug in connector. I hope you are following me with this. I can't believe I did it but I did and just want it to be like it was, so i can plug in a knew deck. and I don't know what else the savage cutting effected. I know i heard a pop too. metal on hot pop.
thank you if you help me out with this
