6/5/2012 gYou steering should only be locked in one direction. Turn and hold the wheel in the other direction (this may be hard to do since your power steering pump is off), your key should move now, and turn the car on. Once the car is on, the wheel should unlock. I hope this works. Good luck.

What cause steering wheel to shake or vibrate at lower speedjdee - 1999 Toyota Camry - Steering & Suspension - 5/16/2012Steering wheel shakes when going on straight at lower speed. It doesn't shake when turning left or right. Steering fluid was at the right level.-
5/16/2012 SearsTech2The easiest answer is that you need to get your front tires balanced again. Now more troublesome problems would be a bad tie rod, a bad ball joint and or bad bushings. Also inspect your front tires and make sure theres not bulges in the tire or its not starting to rot. Chances are, they just need to be re-balanced.
5/17/2012 jdeeThanks. 1 tire has bulge. Replace tires and no more shaking,

5/12/2012 CVO1.A differential is a device, usually, but not necessarily, employing gears, which is connected to the outside world by three shafts, through which it transmits torque and rotation.
2.The differential has three jobs:
To aim the engine power at the wheels
To act as the final gear reduction in the vehicle, slowing the rotational speed of the transmission one final time before it hits the wheels
To transmit the power to the wheels while allowing them to rotate at different speeds (This is the one that earned the differential its name.
